Nook Youth Flag Football will be participating in the NFL Youth Flag Football program. The program will provide each team with replica NFL jerseys of an existing team. Set on our brand new turf fields, our league allows kids to have fun, be competitive, improve their skills and learn football strategy. Referee fees for the regular season and playoffs are included. Team registration is available and encouraged.

Ages: U6, U8, U10, U12 and U14
Season Length: 10 weeks
Season Dates: June 12 – August 18
Games: Wednesday from 5:00pm – 9:00pm;
Thursdays from 5:00pm – 9:00pm;
Sundays from 11:00am – 4:00pm
(Game days and times are based on age group.)
Teams: 5 vs. 5
Fees: $90.00 per player
Sports Program Membership required if not already a fitness, tennis or climbing member.
