The Nook Tennis Club
The Nook’s six indoor premier courts are programmed for a variety of tennis tournaments, leagues, camps, clinics, instruction and open play. The Nook Tennis Club is heated and air conditioned for maximum comfort. The Nook’s tennis services include racket re-stringing and customization, ball machine rental for solo play and a fully stocked tennis department in our pro-shop.
Nook Fitness Center
The Nook Fitness Center is the region’s premier workout facility offering cardiovascular exercise, strength training, personal training, group exercise classes, weight management, and nutrition programs. The Fitness Center is located on the second floor overlooking the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts and has a separate entrance for early morning workouts.
Nook Fitness Center features:
- State-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, and functional training equipment.
- Group fitness studios (General group exercise studio, mind-body studio)
- Group cycling studio
- Men’s and Women’s locker rooms and showers
